You have 30 days from the date your tracking link shows the package was delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply shoot an email to our support team at support@padimall.com with:
- Your Order Number (e.g., #PM1001)
- A brief note explaining the reason for your return
- If the item arrived broken or defective: Please attach a quick photo or clear video clip showing the damage so we can fast-track your resolution.
3. Exclusions
Because we prioritize hygiene and health safety, certain items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-engraved merchandise (unless we made a typo)
- Perishable wellness or beauty formulations
- Intimate apparel or personal care items
4. Important Shipping Notice
Please do not send your package back to the original manufacturer's address on the shipping label our automated global warehouse infrastructure cannot process returns at that location. Our support team will provide you with the correct central warehouse address for your return shipment. Buyers are responsible for covering their return shipping labels.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once our fulfillment hub receives and inspects your returned package, we will drop a confirmation note into your inbox. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment card within 3 to 5 business days.
